Rosanne Lynch
Rosanne was born in California and raised in Portland, OR. She earned her B.A. in 2003 in Urban Studies from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota and her Masters of Architecture in 2009 from the University of Oregon Portland Urban Architecture program. Rosanne has worked with ABHT since 2008.

Michael Le
Michael joined ABHT in 2010. Michael earned his B.S. in Structural Engineering (1996) from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in California. Prior to joining ABHT, Michael worked as an associate/structural project manager at a large structural engineering firm in Portland.

Sean Clark
Born and raised in Idaho, Sean earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University in 2007 and his Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting from Lane Community College in 2003. Sean joined ABHT in 2007. Prior to obtaining his engineering degree, Sean held positions with various companies including Matrix and Monaco Coach in Eugene.

Andrea Brown Roepke
Born and raised in Minnesota, Andrea earned her B.S. in 2003 in Architecture from the University of Minnesota and her Masters of Architecture in 2005 from the University of Oregon Portland Urban Architecture program. Andrea joined ABHT in 2004.

Christian Botto
Christian joined ABHT in early 2006. Prior to working with ABHT, Christian worked in the San Francisco Bay area for a construction company and a structural engineering company. Christian achieved a B.S. in Civil Engineering from San Francisco State University in 1998. Christian is an avid jazz guitarist and is also fluent in Spanish.

John Allender
John started with ABHT at the end of 2002 and was ABHT’s first full time employee. John obtained his B.A in Urban Planning from the University of Hawaii. John has worked for various companies and has also owned his own landscaping company prior to joining ABHT.

Clinton Ambrose
Clinton is one of the founding principals of ABHT. Born and raised on the island of Maui in Hawaii, Clinton earned his B.S. (1992) and M.S. (1994) in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Clinton worked for various structural engineering companies in Honolulu, prior to relocating to Portland in 1997. Clinton worked as an associate/structural project manager at a large structural engineering firm in Portland, prior to becoming one of the founding principals of ABHT in 2002.

Randall moved to Portland in 1996 and worked as an associate/structural project manager at a large structural engineering firm in Portland, prior to becoming one of the founding principals of ABHT in 2002. Randall has also taught structures courses periodically at the University of Oregon Portland Urban Architecture program as an adjunct since 2002.
