Brett Residence - Lake Oswego, OR
A new multimillion, 3-story private residence with over 10,000-sf of livable space built on a sloping site with CMU and concrete exterior walls, wood framing, and intermixed steel framing. The residence also includes a pool with concrete deck and approximately 420-sf pool house and boat house also are part of the new residence scope. At the base of the hillside to the east, a boat house built into the hillside and cantilevered over the lake was also designed. This project is currently in construction.
