Taylor Street Mixed Use - Portland, OR
This approximately $7 million 4-story mixed-use post-tensioned concrete structure contains ground level retail and three stories of condominiums. The roof structure contains an outdoor garden for residents and supports an array of photovoltaic which provide a natural energy source. The project is pursuing a platinum LEED rating and is currently under design.
