Umpqua Training and Support Center - Roseburg, OR
A 20,000-sf, 2-story corporate office building for Umpqua bank at is campus in Roseburg, Oregon. This building is constructed of a steel deck roof supported by steel beams. The floors consist of a concrete slab supported by composite steel beam. The Lateral system is steel braced frames. The building is linked to the existing campus with a 50 foot long pedestrian bridge. The bridge and over 200 feet of pathway is covered with a steel canopy.
