ABHT is currently providing structural engineering services for a new 2-story, custom residence in Washington along the Pacific Ocean coast to consist of approximately 3,000 sf of living space and deck as well as a 700 sf lower level garage space and slab on grade patio. Situated on a sloping site, the residence will be structured with concrete retaining walls, wood floor and roof framing with steel framed stairs, and structural insulated panels for the roof.
